Two Killed, One Injured in Faridabad Plywood Factory Fire
A devastating fire at a plywood factory in Faridabad, Haryana, has resulted in the deaths of two laborers, with one other sustaining burn injuries. The blaze, which broke out early Friday morning in Pakhala village, was brought under control by firefighters after approximately two hours. The charred remains of two missing workers were recovered on Saturday morning during a search operation within the factory premises. The deceased have been identified as Alim, 20, and Arvind, 27. Fazil, 22, who was injured, received medical treatment and was discharged. Police are investigating the cause of the fire and reviewing safety standards at the factory. The rapid spread of the fire reportedly left workers with no opportunity to escape, causing panic in the surrounding area.
