A four-year-old girl in Faridabad, India, died after allegedly being beaten by her father for failing to write numbers up to 50. The incident occurred in Jhadsaantali village, where the father, identified as Krishna, was reportedly teaching his daughter at home. Following the brutal assault, Krishna initially attempted to conceal the crime by telling his wife the child had fallen from stairs. However, the mother’s suspicion, due to visible injuries on the child’s body, led her to alert the police. Authorities arrested the father, who confessed to the crime during interrogation. He has been presented in court and taken on remand as investigations continue.
