Wife Leaves Husband in UP's Hathras Citing Skin Tone and Dissatisfaction with Intimacy

A peculiar incident has emerged from Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, where a wife has reportedly left her husband due to his darker complexion and dissatisfaction with their physical relationship. The woman, originally from Agra, married a man from Hathras's Kailash Nagar colony about a month ago. Shortly after the wedding, disputes arose, with the wife expressing discontent over her husband's skin tone and their intimate life. The matter escalated, leading both parties to a police outpost. The wife stated her reasons for leaving, while the husband, who runs a bakery and claims to have spent approximately ₹2.5-3 lakh on the wedding, expressed sadness over the breakdown of the marriage. Family members were called to the police station, and despite attempts at reconciliation, the wife remains unwilling to continue the marriage. Further action is pending.
