In Lucknow's Dubagga area, two underage teenagers, a boy and a girl, consumed poison while on a video call with each other, reportedly due to family disapproval of their relationship. The incident occurred after the girl's family discovered them together late Saturday night and warned the boy to stay away. Distraught by the encounter, the pair decided to end their lives from their respective homes. Both survived due to timely medical intervention and are currently in stable condition, though the girl required ICU care. The police confirmed the teens were in a long-term relationship and are of the same caste. No formal complaint has been filed by the families.
