FIR Filed Against Political Leaders for Fake AI Images; Drunk Man Halts Train in Bhubaneswar

Police in Varanasi have registered an FIR against eight individuals, including AAP MP Sanjay Singh and Congress leader Pappu Yadav, for allegedly spreading fake AI-generated images and videos on social media concerning the redevelopment of Manikarnika Ghat. Authorities stated that the misleading content hurt religious sentiments and aimed to disrupt social harmony. Meanwhile, in Bhubaneswar, an Amrit Bharat Express train was forced to an emergency halt when a 38-year-old intoxicated man sat on the railway track as the train approached the station. The loco pilot averted a major accident by applying emergency brakes after the individual ignored repeated horn signals. Railway Police detained the man, who was confirmed to be under the influence of alcohol, and initiated legal proceedings against him.
