Ten Soldiers Killed, Others Injured in Jammu & Kashmir Army Vehicle Accident
An army vehicle carrying 17 personnel slipped off the road and plunged into a 200-foot-deep gorge near Khani Top in Doda, Jammu & Kashmir. Ten soldiers lost their lives in the incident, while several others sustained injuries. A joint rescue operation was immediately launched by the army and police, with assistance from locals, to evacuate the injured. The wounded soldiers have been admitted to the Command Hospital in Udhampur for treatment. An investigation into the accident has been initiated, and families of the deceased soldiers have been notified.
