A private diagnostic center in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, has been accused of a severe blunder after a 47-year-old male patient's sonography report indicated the presence of a uterus. Niranjan Prajapati, President of the Uchera Nagar Panchayat, underwent the sonography at Satna Diagnostic Center on January 13 due to abdominal pain and swelling. The report, which stated he had an anteverted uterus, shocked Prajapati and led to further medical consultations. When questioned, the diagnostic center's operator, Dr. Arvind Saraf, refused to comment. The incident has caused a stir within the health department, with the Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) initiating an investigation into the matter and promising legal action if the center's negligence is confirmed.
