Convicted Murderers Wed in Rajasthan Open Jail

Two individuals serving life sentences for separate high-profile murder cases in Rajasthan, Priya Seth and Hanuman Chaudhary, have married. The couple, who met while working at a private school, tied the knot secretly in Alwar during their parole. Both are incarcerated in an open jail in Jaipur and will now be granted separate quarters within the jail premises to live together as per prison regulations. Their families have expressed happiness following the union, with celebratory traditions observed in Hanuman's village. Seth was convicted in the 2018 Jaipur Dushyant murder case, while Chaudhary was found guilty in the 2017 Alwar case where five members of a family were killed. Open jails house inmates with satisfactory behavior, allowing them to work outside the premises during the day and return by evening.
