The plane likely departed from the US Air Force Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Furthermore, on Saturday around 20:40 GMT (Sunday 03:40 WIB), a military transport aircraft Boeing C-17A Globemaster III landed in Kuwait, with the departure point recorded in Trier, Germany. Finally, on Saturday around 21:54 GMT (Sunday, 04:52 WIB), another C-17A aircraft that departed from the US Air Force Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany disappeared from radar in the southern Kuwait area.
